Hi, I’m Carly Simpson and I’m so happy you’re here.
Hi! I’m Carly, a Registered Dietitian passionate about supporting women and families navigate life’s many stages. From fertility and pregnancy to postpartum and childhood, I specialize in helping families manage health conditions, navigate picky eating, and build a positive relationship with food.
With so much nutrition information out there, it can feel overwhelming to know what information to trust or what approach is right for you and your family. My goal is to provide practical, evidence-based support that fits your unique needs, values, and lifestyle — without added stress or pressure.
I believe nutrition should never be one-size-fits-all. Every person and every family is different, which is why I take a personalized and compassionate approach to care. Whether you’re navigating a medical condition, managing dietary restrictions, or simply trying to make mealtimes feel easier, I’m here to help you create sustainable habits and feel more confident in nourishing yourself and your family.
When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time outside, experimenting with new recipes, or crafting. You’ll often find me digging in the garden or enjoying quality time with my husband, toddler, and our dog.
